Event Information

Instead of making reservations somewhere, why not try something new and exciting for your next date night? Cooking as a couple is not only romantic but also delicious! Work with your date to create a simple, yet flavorful meal full of sweet memories, all led by our Chef de Cuisine, Gerry Sizemore.

Get cozy in the theatre as you and your partner enjoy a hands-on cooking experience while learning how to prepare one of our Epicurean Chef inspired dishes. This cooking class will send you home with the recipes so that you can re-create the magic at home. Cheese & charcuterie will be available for you to enjoy beforehand as Chef Gerry lets you in on the insightful notes and keys to pairings on this fan-favorite starter.  You bring the bottle of wine, we’ll provide the rest!

Chicken le Cordon Blue – speck | gruyere | truffled mustard | dijon cream sauce | sauteed bitter greens | potatoes fondant

Flourless Chocolate Cake – cherry jubilee sauce | white chocolate ice cream

Each couple is allowed to bring one bottle of wine from home to share during the class, additional beverages will also be available for purchase from the Lobby Bar.
