About Trey:

Hailing from St. Louis Missouri and joining us in Tampa from Dallas, Trey Roland is a skilled mixologist with over a decade of experience crafting exceptional beverages in some of the Southeast’s most esteemed bars. His passion for elevating the art of mixology has made him a standout in the industry, blending creativity with technical expertise. For the past three years, Trey has been an essential part of the Lyre’s team, where he covers the South Central region.
During his tenure, Trey has played a pivotal role in transforming Lyre’s from a small Australian brand into a nationally recognized leader in the non-alcoholic category. His dedication to the non-alcoholic community has been instrumental in raising awareness and enhancing the craft of alcohol-free spirits, setting a new standard for the industry. With his innovative approach and commitment to excellence, he continues to champion Lyre’s mission to redefine the way the world drinks. Come learn how to have your cocktail, without compromise as Trey demonstrates three of his favorite cocktails. The option to enjoy the cocktails, with or without alcohol will be afforded and Trey is sure to show you a shaking good time.
