Led by Epicurean Hotel’s Chef de Cuisine, Chef Andrea Paulino, this exclusive seven-course dinner will explore the legendary Seven Moles of Oaxaca—each course honoring a different traditional mole, from the rich and smoky mole negro to the bright and nutty mole amarillo.
Featured beverages will be offered to complement the depth and nuance of these time-honored sauces, offering a full-sensory journey through the vibrant flavors of Oaxaca.
Immerse yourself in a night of storytelling through food, artful technique, and cultural appreciation as each dish will be cooked mere steps from your seat. Emerse your senses with every scent, sound, and visual the dinner has to offer.
