Each tasting will be paired with a glass of wine from France. Gregory Mayor, a seasoned wine professional from Johnson Brothers’, will provide fascinating tasting notes.

About Gregory:
Gregory Mayer is a luxury wine and spirits specialist at Johnson Brothers’ Oxford Street Merchants division. An Advanced Sommelier with over a decade of experience in the industry, Gregory has worked in wine since the age of 18 and honed expertise under Master Sommelier Scott Harper in Louisville, Kentucky. Previously, Gregory served as a Sommelier at Bern’s Steak House and as Wine Director at Haven. Demonstrating a deep passion for fine wines and spirits, Gregory also crafted wine for Kestrel Vintners in 2006, showcasing a strong foundation in both practice and industry knowledge.
