Pilates & Prosecco

Do you enjoy an invigorating session of Pilates? Do you relish in a glass of bubble filled prosecco? Well, we at the Epicurean have great news for you. Once a month join us for a morning of Pilates & Prosecco hosted by Club Pilates.

One of Epicurean’s newest neighbors, Club Pilates South Tampa, has been making waves in the Pilates world since 2015. Coming to us from San Diego, these experts of “Contrology” remain true to Joseph Pilates’ original method with their own modern twist. What does that mean? Life (and body) changing training to help you become the best version of yourself. How could it get any better than that? Well, prosecco.

Did you know studies have shown prosecco to have multiple health benefits? The antioxidants found in the grapes help make skin more youthful and the tiny bubbles found in prosecco contain polyphenols which lower blood pressure and increase circulation. Essentially after an hour long Pilates session and a glass of this wonder spirit, you are going to be living your best life.

Work on your body-mind connection and reward yourself with a glass of bubbly at our very own Pilates class in South Tampa. Gather your friends and head inside Epicurean’s Grand Cru Ballroom for a morning of core strengthening followed by a gratifying glass of prosecco. If you work up an appetite, stay for an exclusive brunch at Élevage for 10% off drinks from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Brunch reservations are encouraged. There is no better way to start off the weekend than working on your core and indulging with a glass of prosecco.  Purchase your tickets for November’s class here.
