This Valentine’s Day weekend, Epicurean Hotel is offering a lineup of culinary-driven and experience-led celebrations designed for couples, friends, and anyone who prefers their romance with a little personality. From a refined prix fixe dinner to creative Galentine’s gatherings, Epicurean’s programming blends food, art, wellness, and nightlife in signature fashion.

Valentine’s Day Dining at Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar

Élevage will offer a special three-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe alongside its regular dinner menu, showcasing elevated ingredients and thoughtful technique. The $125-per-person dinner includes an amuse-bouche and a selection of chocolates and macarons.

Menu highlights include a choice of:

• Starter: Lost Coast Oysters or Wagyu Steak Tartare
• Entrée: Butter-Poached Turbot, Iberico Pork Chop, or Butternut Squash Ravioli
• Dessert: Passionfruit Soufflé or Flourless Red Velvet Brownie

Galentine’s Day Experiences

• Wine & Design: Galentine’s Edition – Hosted inside the state-of-the-art Epicurean Theatre, this guided textured relief art experience invites guests to explore movement and form rather than traditional painting. Led by visual artist Bell De la Vega, the evening includes cheese and charcuterie plus two glasses of wine per guest, making it equal parts creative workshop and social night out. Reservations can be made online.
• Galentine’s Day on EDGE – EDGE Rooftop Cocktail Lounge will toast friendship with themed craft cocktails, including the Sweet Talker and Sip & Spill, paired with playful sweet bites such as made-to-order cotton candy and specialty popcorn with pink candy accents. • Spa Evangeline: February Wellness Specials – Throughout February, Spa Evangeline will feature treatments centered on connection and indulgence, including the Champagne Tub & Table for Two, combining a couples massage with a champagne soak in an oversized Jacuzzi tub, and the Galentine’s Getaway, pairing a massage and facial for a shared spa escape.
